Delete your Naizz account

Applies to Naizz (com.liovans.naizz)

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Open Naizz and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete.

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, voice posts, voice replies, voice messages, reactions, likes, follows, rooms you created, call history, notifications, blocks, and every audio file and image you uploaded. Nothing is retained that would let you sign back in.

What may remain

Reports that other people filed about your content are kept as a safety record, and copies of messages you sent stay visible to the people who received them, in the same way an email you sent stays in someone else's inbox. Routine server logs age out on their own within 30 days.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can remove individual pieces of your data at any time and keep your account.

1. A voice post: open the You tab, find the post under Voices, tap the trash icon, and confirm. This deletes the post, its recording and image, and the replies, likes, and reactions on it.
2. Profile details: open the You tab and tap Edit profile to change or clear your display name and bio, or replace your photo.
3. Likes, reactions, and follows: tap the same control again to remove a like or reaction, or unfollow from the person's profile.
4. Anything else, such as a voice reply you left on someone else's post or a voice message you sent: email us using the address below with what you want removed, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Deleted items are removed immediately from the app and from our storage. We do not keep copies, apart from routine server logs, which age out on their own within 30 days.
