Naizz Privacy Policy
Naizz is a voice-first social app operated by Zarnite. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
What we collect
- Account. Email address and password, handled by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password.
- Profile. Username, display name, bio, and profile photo.
- Content you create. Voice recordings, captions, images, voice replies, and voice messages.
- Activity. Likes, reactions, follows, rooms you host or join, and calls you place or receive.
- Safety. Reports you file and accounts you block, kept so we can act on them.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your contacts, location, or advertising identifiers. We do not use your content to serve advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers to run the service: Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Google Cloud for hosting; and Stream for live audio rooms and calls. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Who can see your content
Voice posts, profiles, and public rooms are visible to other people using Naizz, and shared links open a preview page showing the author, caption, and artwork. Voice messages are visible only to the people in that conversation. Blocking someone removes you from each other's feeds, search results, replies, and messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your content until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, replies, messages, reactions, follows, rooms, and uploaded audio and images. See Delete your account.
Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to use Naizz. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it along with its content.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your profile details and delete individual posts at any time in the app, and you can delete your whole account from Settings.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note the change in the app.
