Naizz Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Zarnite ("we", "us"), which operates Naizz. By creating an account or using Naizz, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use Naizz
You must be at least 18 years old. You may hold one account, and the information you give us when you sign up must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens on your account.
Your content
You own the voice recordings, images, captions, and other content you post. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute it, solely to operate and improve Naizz. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already received in messages, which stay with them.
You are responsible for what you post. Only post content you have the right to share, and do not record or post anyone else's voice without their permission.
What is not allowed
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, send, or broadcast anything that is:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any person
- hate speech, or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age
- nudity, sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors
- graphic violence, or content that promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous acts
- spam, scams, or misleading content, including impersonating another person
- illegal, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy
You also may not interfere with the service, access other people's accounts or data, or use automated means to create accounts or collect information.
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
You can report any post, reply, message, room, or account, and you can block anyone. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Room hosts and moderators can also remove people from their rooms.
Live rooms and calls
Live audio is real time. You are responsible for what you say in rooms and calls, and the rules above apply to it in the same way they apply to posts.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete account; see Delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons.
Third-party services
Naizz relies on providers, including Supabase, Google Cloud, and Stream, to run the service. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Disclaimers
Naizz is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for content posted by other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zarnite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of Naizz.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Naizz after a change means you accept it.
